ATTENTION!
To cancel an order that has not been sent to you but has been paid for (Order status – “Payment accepted”), please e-mail. send an e-mail to pagalba@naturalfiber.eu with the title “Cancellation of order 00000XXXX” indicating:
- Order number;
- Current bank account to which the refund will be transferred;
- The invoice you received in email by mail when you have paid for the order.
RETURN OF GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS
You can return the product purchased in the e-shop shop.naturalfiber.eu within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, if the purchased product did not suit you. We will return the money for the product to you within 5-10 working days from the day of returning the product to us.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If you decide to return the product, add:
1. A completed product return form ( you can download it here );
2. A document proving the purchase of the goods (VAT invoice), which we delivered to you with the goods.

Transport costs for the return of goods are paid at the expense of the sender and are not reimbursed.
Returned goods must meet the following criteria:
- The returned item must be unused, not worn or otherwise damaged;
- The product must have all attached labels;
- The product must be returned in the original packaging of the manufacturer and without losing the commercial appearance;
- The goods must be packed in the appropriate packaging of the consignment, which will protect the goods from damage during transportation.
